技能要求代理在每次品牌任务前获取一个外部网页，把网页内容作为“source of truth”，且明确涵盖“implementation guidance”。提供的文件没有固定版本、内容哈希、允许指令范围或要求把网页仅作为参考数据。

为什么需要注意

如果该域名、部署或返回内容被篡改，代理可能把新增的恶意或越权指令当成技能规则，进而改变用户资产、生成不安全实现，或诱导后续操作。当前证据不能证明网页含有恶意内容或攻击已经发生。

该技能要求在制作品牌资产前获取一个未固定版本的外部网页，并把其内容作为视觉、文案乃至“实施指导”的权威来源，然后直接应用于输出。如果该网页被篡改或内容后来发生恶意变化，代理可能把网页中的越权指令当作工作流程执行，进而影响用户文件或决策；现有证据只支持这种风险，并不证明网页当前含有恶意内容或攻击已经发生。用户可要求作者固定经审核的版本或哈希，并明确限制远程内容只能作为品牌参考，不能授权执行命令、访问凭据、联网或修改无关文件。
